What we collect
When you interact with us through Instagram or our ads, we may receive your Instagram username, messages you send us, and any photos or videos you share with us. If you become a SoberGenZ Speaker, we also collect your payment details (PayPal email or mobile money number) so we can pay you.

Why we collect it
We use your information only to communicate with you about SoberGenZ, send you Speaker Pack materials, verify completed sessions, and process payments.

We do not sell your data
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who sees your data
Only the SoberGenZ team. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party except payment processors (PayPal, Wise, or M-Pesa) to send your payment.

How we protect it
We keep your information in secure, access-controlled systems and only retain it as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by DMing @sobergenz on Instagram or emailing sobergenz@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 days.
